Elk River Online Business Mastermind Group

My wife Leslie and I have lived in Elk River for over 37 years. For the past 15 years I have worked with computers as a support desk technician, PC technician, software support administrator and information systems manager. In 1995 I helped create the first website for The Bank of Elk River and put them on the Internet as the second bank in Minnesota to have a website. I was the IT Manager for Becker Furniture World for 7 1/2 years until February of 2008.

In December 2005 I started my own technology consulting business, Mission Springs LLC, and began my journey to discover if making money with an online business could really happen. I spent a lot of time, and money, learning the technology of Internet Marketing and trying to figure out what worked for me and what did not. I’ve traveled to many Internet marketing conferences and seminars around the country meeting with and learning from many of the top marketers online. I am also a speaker for the Outsource Workshops presented by my friend and business partner Jeff Mills.

I want to meet with and help others here in my own community of Elk River, Minnesota who are trying to learn how to build a business using the Internet. I thought the idea of a monthly group getting together for a cup of coffee for an hour or two would be a good way to start to connect with others and give back to those in our area.

I’m now a member of the Elk River Chamber of Commerce and enjoying meeting some super new folks that are working hard in our community and in their businesses. If you are a business owner in the Greater Elk River Area I would strongly encourage you to join the chamber too.
